Patio
Manny at MV35 Concrete responded quickly to our request for a patio pour. He came out right away, we agreed on the cost and he put us on his schedule. We thought it would be awhile but a slot opened up and he pour the patio within a couple of days! We are so pleased with the workmanship too. It looks awesome! And another good thing is they cleaned up the site completely before they left. We would definitely use them again.
Garage pad
I needed a 20X25' pad for a garage I'm building. MV35 Concrete (Manny) was very responsive with a bid and didn't seem to mind redoing it a few times until I was sure what I wanted. They came out, set up and had the work done within a week of me pulling the trigger on the job. Helped me get building permit and had a good relationship with inspector. No surprises.
